How To Create QuickBooks Proforma Invoice?

It is a non-posting form used in the QuickBooks Online tool. You will not get an in-built invoice for customers. But you can use the Custom Form Style to generate a new QuickBooks Proforma Invoice. The process takes only a few minutes. Follow these simple steps-

• Click on the Gear icon.

• Select the Custom Form Styles tab to continue.

• Then, tap New Style and choose the Estimate option.

• Navigate to the Content tab and tap the Edit icon.

• After that, change the Estimate option in the invoice.

• Finally, tap Save to update the QuickBooks Proforma Invoice style.
